CHIBUZZO is our own customer support app. In this wood app, you have all the essential information on hand, always available and up-to-date.

You don´t need to download an application or go through lengthy registration. If we establish cooperation, we will simply create a login identity for you, giving you unlimited access. The app is private and only you can access the history of mutual contracts.

With CHIBUZZO you will never need to ask for any information about shipments or contractual performance.

It contains all data, all documets are uploaded to form an accurate and up-to-date overview.

Overview of the movement of documents between banks

1.Contract overview

In this overview, you can see all your contracts and shipments in contracts.
The date of departure, expected arrival, number of the transport document, the shipped quantity and other information are provided for each shipment.
You have an overview of the transfer of documents to the negotiating bank and the issuing bank.

2. Shipment information

For each shipment, you can download document scans and photos of loaded containers, and you can track documents from their handover to the bank until they are delivered to the customer's bank.
You can download the Invoice or Packing List for the given shipment, and the Log List for each container any time.
We also provide all the documents we send to the bank for you to work with in PDF form

3. Planned loadings

In addition to ready shipments including documents, you can also see container loadings that have yet to be scheduled.
All shipments in our system include details about Loadings / Pick-ups. We upload details daily, usually literally during Pick-ups themselves.
Each load is documented, and photos of the loaded container, container seal and container number are uploaded to the system.

4. Overview of loaded quantity

For a better overview, the app displays the quantity that is already loaded in the contract.
